Tolmachov V. An improvement of methods of flax fiber quality control on the basis of sensory analysis

The process of quality indicators defining of flax fiber is considered as the object of research. The development of theoretical foundations and improved methods for estimation quality of flax fiber is the purpose of the study. The statistical methods of information processing, qualimetric methods of quality determination, differential methods of selected indicators estimation are the main research methods.Complex methods of total quality determination assessment, combined method of ability of fiber spinning estimation and methods of organoleptic properties are also taken into considered.The methodology of combined flax fiber estimation with the calculation of numbers has been developed.The prototype of devices for assessing quality of bast-fiber materials with improved sensory methods, modern information's technology and newest radio-electronic components were constructed.It was concluded that the processing of agriculture is the main application area.
