3. The thesis of scientific and theoretical basis of public-management aspects of implementing e-business in Ukraine, which made it possible to develop a public-management concept of e-commerce as organizational and technological model of e-business. The essence of the information society, based on which specified characteristics of its functional impact on the development of e-business. A modern organizational and institutional model of e-business, based on an analysis of state-management principles of its design and implementation, identified its influence on the formation of a new approach to governance, aimed at creating a more flexible and result-oriented governance, based on the algorithm client-citizen.
