Essay

The thesis evaluated the clinical course of chronic hepatitis C features in persons infected with human immunodeficiency virus through the study of cytolytic, cholestatic inflammatory and necrotic changes in the liver. The degree fibrotichnih changes in patients coinfected with HCV / HIV and examined the contents of matrix-metaloproteinazy-2 in serum. Found that among co-infected patients were males and persons aged 30-39 years. Leading mechanism of transmission in most patients with coinfection were injecting drugs. More than half of patients with HCV/HIV defined 3 genotype, which was 1.72 times higher compared to patients with monoinfection CHC. Found that in patients coinfected with HCV high viral load was provided in 1.3 times higher than in the HCV-monoinfected. An inverse correlation between viral load and the level RNAHCV CD4. In patients with CD4 counts below 200 cells / mm defines high HCV viral load, which is 1.9 times the number of patients with a high viral load in the group with more than 200 CD4 cells / mm. Demonstrated that in patients with coinfection dominated manifestations astenovegetativnogo, dyspeptic syndromes and hepato-splenomegaly. Indicators of cytolysis and cholestasis grew proportionately reducing CD4 (at CD4 <200 cells / ml levels of AST and ALT in blood serum in 3.6 and 4.1 times higher than similar patients with a CD4> 500 cells / mL).
