The dissertation is a complex completed studying of legal essence of relations arising in the process of supply of household consumer - individual with thermal energy. The research of the mechanism of legal essence of relations arising in the process of supply of household consumer - individual with thermal energy is based on a complex analysis of the social, technical and economic relationships of participants in these relations. The research was based on the specificity of thermal energy as the subject of the contract of supply thermal energy to household consumers and the features of its submission to the homes of consumers who determine the occurrence of a number of different relations.
