Slyvka T. Hierarchical and network structuring of corporate property.

Dissertation is devoted to studying of hierarchical and network structuring of corporate property at the present stage. The author gives a clearcut presentation of the theoretical and methodological aspects of corporation, corporate property, hierarchical and network structures. As a result the essential content of the categories of "corporation", "corporate property" are defined and levels in the hierarchy of corporate property, the leading trends of its modern development are described. It's ensured that the development of corporate property is provided by the inclusion in the hierarchical structure of corporate capital horizontal linkages between small and medium enterprises. Redistribution and concentration of corporate property is implemented by mergers and acquisitions of companies. It characterizes the infrastructure of the global market network of corporate property as well. Domestic corporate sector is examined at the present stage. Necessity of organizational and legal framework of joint stock companies in Ukraine is proved. The mechanism of improving the interaction of government and corporate sector is offered. Measures to establish an effective system of state corporate rights management is considered.
