Essay

The work is dedicated to developing new methods of quantitative determination of phenothiazine derivatives in substances and pharmaceuticals preparations using new analytical reagent - peroxomonosulfuric acid in form of oxone. Procedures were developed and the possibility of quantitative determination of phenothiazine derivatives in pharmaceutical preparation in forms of corresponding sulfoxide by spectrophotometry was shown, voltammetry and spectrophotometric method. The possibility of application of processed methods of analysis of native phenothiazine derivatives and their metabolites content in biological fluids was proposed.
