Essay

The thesis focuses on the improvement of the myocarditis and dilated cardiomyopathy diagnosis and differential diagnosis on the basis of the complex studying immunologic and oxidative stress markers with the heart function and detecting prognostic markers for the clinical course of diffuse myocarditis. We detected markers for differential diagnosis of chronic diffuse myocarditis and dilated cardiomyopathy, they are: indexes of longitudinal global strain and it's velocity and velocity of circumferential global strain. We defined early laboratory markers which were associated with unfavorable course of diffuse myocarditis and also build the prognostic model for its clinical course.
