The object of study is the formation of sustainable land use in regional economic systems Chernivtsi region. Purpose - is the theoretical and practical bases of ecological and economic principles of sustainable land use in regional economic systems in the context of balanced functioning of ecological systems and develop practical approaches to their implementation. Methodical approaches to optimize the spatial location of the object in regional economic systems based on peer reviews and fuzzy sets based on organizational, environmental and economic factors. Improved the essence of the concept of "sustainable land use in regional economic systems" that takes into account the properties and characteristics of the land and landscape and is based on different aspects of land use certain independent economic system focused on improving soil fertility, the preservation of the ecological balance in nature, providing a highly efficient production and other activities and useful land properties and mechanism of regional sustainability assessment of land and economic systems of environmentally, economically and socially justified and reasonable value farmland, woodland, land protection and conservation purposes.
