Essay

In the thesis scientific-theoretical and practical questions of constitutional law adjustment and functioning of state awards of Ukraine are researched. In the issue of the research there has been made a conclusion about the formation the new integrated branch - award law. There have been defined the main establishment stages and development of the state rewards from the moment of acquisition of the independent statehood by Ukraine up to the present. The essence and the main functions of the state awards are exposed. The reasons of occurrence of concept "state awards" in the legislation are ascertained and analyzed.
