Moskalchuk K. Constitutional Right Of Ukrainian Citizens' Access To the Municipal Service

The dissertation studies concept, structure and legal regulation of the constitutional right of Ukrainian citizens' access to the municipal service. It also covers the problems of its implementation, security and protection in Ukraine. Definitions and characteristics of the constitutional right of Ukrainian citizens' access to the municipal service are given. Author analyses the object, subjects and contents of this right. The constitutional right of Ukrainian citizens' access to the municipal service is distinguished from the passive suffrage in local elections. Normative and institutional (economic, social, political and ideological) guarantees of the researched right are analyzed too
