Essay

The thesis is devoted to improvement of perinatal outcomes and optimization of treatment strategies in women with anemia and neurocirculatory asthenia. On the basis of clinical and laboratory, and functional methods the role of metabolic disorders in anemia in pregnant women with neurocirculatory asthenia were defined. Anemia was shown to be accompanied with hypoxia, in response to growing local dilatation providing delivery of oxygen to tissues under metabolic stress. It was determined that the presence of these processes significantly worse the course of neurocirculatory asthenia in pregnant women reflecting the maternal-placental-fetal status. It was found that anemia leads to changes in homeostasis accompanied by changes in the immunological profile, growth of young population of red blood cells, indicating activation of erythropoiesis. The management of pregnancies with anemia and NCA, the choice of therapeutic interventions in various forms NCA and severity of anemia was developed reducing incidence of pregnancy complications and childbirth and improving the condition of fetus and newborn.
