Essay

Object - local geoid surface. The aim is to develop new and improve existing astronomical and geodetic tools and techniques that provide increasing accuracy of the plumb line deviation and local geoid surface. Research methods based on the use of modern GPS-technology as one of the main methods of determining the geodetic coordinate, the methods of mathematical modeling and probability theory. Estimation of parameters and accuracy of measurements carried out by the method of least squares (OLS). The novelty of the results is to perform theoretical studies of accuracy of the astronomical coordinates by using high-precision high-zenith camera, developing new methods for determining the plumb line deviation using portable equipment (GPS-receiver and precision high-zenith camera), development of a new method of constructing geometric surface of the geoid to a local area, practical significance of the results is the development of methods for determining deviations steep lines by high-zenith camera and precision of GPS; developing new design high-zenith camera, thus significantly improve the accuracy of the astronomical coordinates. The results were experimental trials and implemented at the Research Institute of Geodesy and Cartography in research work on budget issues and the educational process at the Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture.
