Essay

The dissertation carries out the complex scientific research into the problem of legal security of attorney's or representatives personal benefits in relation to the legal assistance they render. On the basis of the existing legislation of Ukraine and the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, the notions "attorney" and "representative" are defined, as well as "provision of legal assistance". Other subjective and objective features of components of crime, accordance to Art. 398 and 400 by the Criminal Code of Ukraine are investigated.
