The object of the research: the development process of industrial enterprises in the structural transformation of the economy and innovation Ukraine; The purpose of work: justification of theoretical positions and development methodical providing comprehensive evaluation development of industrial enterprises in innovative structural transformation of the national economy; methods of research and techniques: methods of analysis and synthesis, theoretical generalizations classification method, statistical and technical and economic analysis, expert evaluation, taxonomic analysis, morphological analysis, graphing; Theoretical and practical results: methodical approach to integrated evaluation capabilities of the industrial enterprise, based on the parameters determining the ability of the enterprise to implement the necessary changes in the development of integrated indicators based on the level and effectiveness of capacity development components (resource, process, market), establishing levels of sustainability of enterprises and marginal stable growth scale and scope of activity; methodological provisions on evaluating the susceptibility of enterprises to innovative changes occurring in the development process, a feature which consists in calculate the general indicators assess the status and the effectiveness of innovation in the aspect of forming a component of the potential development; system classification features of species development of industrial enterprises at the expense complement existing such as type of ownership, type of innovations that are acting foundation of development, a form of knowledge that determines the choice of a development nature of the changes of ownership relations. Using the proposed classification features will promote more meaningful assessment of the development process taking into account the differentiation of its species, the sequence and contents of the stages of development strategy of industrial enterprise, a feature which is to select lines of action according to the three main types of situations (need for strategic changes, the lack of requirements to implement of strategic changes , inability or unacceptability of strategic changes); methodical approach to the choice of alternatives integration of development of the enterprise, which involves evaluating the size of synergy effects, the achievement of which is a prerequisite for the implementation of the option chosen strategy development of integration and coherence components of the development potential of enterprises that participates in the integration of cooperation; Subject and degree of development inculcated in practical activities of JSC "Harkivmash", OJSC "Turboatom"; Scope: providing comprehensive evaluation development of the industrial enterprise.
