Essay

The object of research is the process of diagnosis and assessment of biomedical parameters of operators. The aim of the work is the increase the reliability of the methodological assessment of professional competence of operators of extreme activities through the introduction of objective statistical criterions and norms of assessment their fitness for work. Methods: the method of mathematical modeling; the method of analysis of the characteristics of the output signals of the brain ; a method of topological modeling ; statistical methods to assess the parameters of the distribution. The proposed medical-statistical method improves methodological reliability of the assessment of professional competence of operators of extreme activities by introducing a statistical criterion of assessment their suitability to work with a preliminary separation by the classical categories of temperament into subgroups based on the results of tests that combine operators by their psycho-physiological properties. As a general evaluation of psycho-physiological condition of the operator for the first time introduced a coefficient of energetic stability. For the first time proposed to use a dispersion of reproducibility of coefficient of energetic stability as a statistical evaluation of the professional competence of the operator; for the first time developed a methodology for assessing the fitness of the operators by the norms defined during the statistical analysis of the results of the physical modeling experiment. Practical results are in development of recommendations for the pre-selection of operators by the categories of temperament and in the development of methods of determination the fitness for work in extreme conditions, which can be implemented by using automated means without the involvement of experts, in particular: developed the algorithm of sequential three-level evaluation of the professional competence of the operator by statistical criteria, implemented the algorithmic support in the organization of a data bank in a computer information system and conducted algorithmization of process of building a system of decision-making in the biomedical practice, defined the standards of professional fitness operators of extreme activities that allow you to provide objective advices in the selection of candidates. The degree of implementation: The results of the dissertation work introduced in the working process of the National Antarctic Scientific Center (Kiev), in the educational process at the Department of biocybernetics and Aerospace Medicine, National Aviation University, in the laboratory of electroencephalographic research of Kyiv Municipal Clinical Mental Hospital No 1, in the process of preparation of athletes for the competition in the Committee for Physical Culture and Sport (KFVS) CMU (Kiev). The scope (area) of use - medicine, aviation, astronautics.
