Essay

In the dissertation research the scientific concept of management training for the health care system in Ukraine has been developed. It aims to promote an environment for improving management training and implementation of the Concept will facilitate systemic work to improve leadership training for health care. The scientific concept is aimed at improving the quality of leadership training for the health care system, integrating education and science management, solving staff problems of the sector.
