The dissertation is devoted to developing and justification of theoretical, methodological and organizational principles of public administration of scientific professional multistage education in Ukraine. Based on review of scientific sources it was studied the ways of achieving benchmarks in public administration of scientific professional multistage education based on the formation of mechanism the relationship between companies-employers and educational institutions based on the concept of utility.
