The dissertation is devoted to justification of teoretiko-methodical bases and development of practical sentences on improvement of state regulation of health system in the conditions of modernization of economy of Ukraine. Theoretical approaches to state regulation of health system are generalized. Features of functioning of mechanisms of state regulation of health care in the conditions of modernization are defined. The current state of state regulation of health system is analysed. It is proved the professional and personnel mechanism of regulation of health system for achievement of the objectives of its development. It is opened value and a practical orientation of the social and information mechanism of state regulation of health system.
