Thet hesisis devoted to the actual theoretical and practical issues concerning the institute of obligation to compensate damages inflicted to consumers. The following notions are also analysed in the dissertation, they are characteristic features, the definitionand content оf grounds and maintenance obligations to compensated amages inflicted to consumers. The paper examines the theoretical and legal basis in the sphere of liability for obligations to compensate the damage givento consumers because of defects of the goods, execution of work and services provided, as well as the reasons that release. The author clarifies the meaning of"goods"and"significant deficiency", "lifetime" and "shelflife", responsibilities of the manufacturer (performer, seller) in the field of establishing service life, termlifeproducts. The distinction between "service" and "work" has been improved. The author gives recommendations and suggestions for improving the legal regulation of obligations to compensated amages in fllicted to consumers.
