Kamyanets T. Theoretical and applied problems of execution of punishment in the form of liberty restraint.

The thesis is devoted to theoretical and practical issues of the process of execution of punishment in the form of liberty restraint. The content and main features of this punishment are revealed, historical practices of its application are analyzed. Theoretical positions of the sentenced to restriction of liberty legal status and peculiarities of legal fixing and realization of their rights and obligations are revealed, the ways to improve legislative regulation of this issues are suggested. The system of incentives and penalties applied to persons sentenced to restraint of liberty is investigated. Some proposals of improvement of the criminal and criminal-executive legislation are formulated on the basis of conducted analysis.
