Pampura M. Legal and organization of financial and economic activities of the local self-government in the Ukrainian lands in the Russian Empire (the end of XVIII - beginning of XX century.)

In the dissertation, based on the study of scientific literature, regulations, archival materials and relying on contemporary methodological approaches to the study of historical and legal phenomena systematic analysis of institutional and legal framework of financial and economic activities of local governments in the Ukrainian lands within the Russian empire in the late eighteenth - at the beginning of the twentieth century. The author defines the competence of regional and caste government in economic and financial sector, its relationship with the national authorities on the ground. Reconstruction of institutional and legal framework of local government in the financial and economic sphere in the Ukrainian provinces.
