The method of physical preparation of students of higher pedagogical educational establishments to actions in extreme situations is explored in work. The structural components of physical readiness to actions in extreme situations in life and in professional activity of teacher to the threats of a different direction are certain. The levels of physical readiness of students to actions in extreme situations for a practical account in the system of physical education are set. Developed, efficiency of method of physical preparation of students of higher pedagogical educational establishments to actions in extreme situations is grounded and tested.
