Object: New chekh terminology that designate delicts. Objective: complex linguistic analysis of the structure to chekh terminology system that designate delicts, and taking to key things of chekh law. Methods: general scientific: systematic analysis and quantitative methods; linguistic methods: describing method, methods of structure and compare – historical method, the method of terminology analysis. In our work we are used graphic method for show the parts of investigation object. Scientific novelty: the first time in ukrainian and chekh linguistics was depart at the older terminology system in chekh terminology and in the language of chekh law. The practical value: use this terminology for compose the books about terminology science, special stylistic, lexicography, and in time to prepare translation juridical dictionary’s.
