Essay

The thesis presents a new solution to the actual problem gynecology to improve the effectiveness of treatment and relapse prevention of benign and precancerous cervical diseases. On the basis of clinical and anamnestic, cytological, colposcopic, histological, immunohistochemical data and comprehensive quantitative assessment of the immune status and urogenital microbiota it developed a scheme for the treatment and prevention of recurrence of benign and precancerous cervical diseases associated with human papillomavirus infection high oncogenic risk, leading to an increased incidence of complete clinical recovery and reduce the number of relapses in this pathology.
