Krizhanivska M. Differentiated approach to the management of pregnancy for women with premature births in anamnesis

The thesis is devoted to the actual decision of scientific task are optimization of the diagnostic management identyfication of infections of lower department of genital highway for pregnant with premature births in anamnesis. On the basis of comparison of these standard methods of inspection of microflora of maternity ways and results of PCR in the real mode of time the well-proven necessity of introduction last for reliable diagnostics. It is well-proven that optimization of antibacterial therapy of different types of microbiocenosis violations of vagina taking into account natural resistents of some exciters to standard therapy allows to decrease the amount of episodes of threat of wilful abortions on 35,3% and premature births on 21,9 %; to decrease the amount of respirator distress-syndrome in new-borns on 21,1 %; purulent-inflammatory diseases for them on 9,6 % and to avoid the defeats of cerebrum, which are considerable as reserve of decline of newborns disability and death rate.
