Essay

The thesis is devoted to the problem of new approaches to optimization of infertility treatment in women with thyroid pathology. The author proposes a new solution of the actual problem of gynecology and reproduction – improvement of effectiveness of infertility treatment in women with AIT. Based on the study of pathogenesis of infertility, hormonal, immunological parameters, tensioreometric indexes of blood and oral liquid, the treatment scheme was improved by including the diet with optimal levels of selenium and immune correction with IVIg, what has resulted in 2,3-fold improved pregnancy rates in women who needed infertility treatment with method of controlled induction of ovulation.
