Essay

In dissertation complex research is carried out constitutionally legal principles of access to justice in Ukraine. The process of development of legal doctrine of access is analysed to justice. Investigational general signs and system of the mentioned principles. The identifying signs of concept "justice" are selected and systematized. International sources which contain the confessedly standards of access to justice are worked out. Investigational right on access to justice in quality an equitable right and the theory of classification of subjects of access is developed.
