The thesis is devoted to improving the outcomes of patients with occlusion of the femoral-popliteal segment hamstring against the background of atherosclerosis through the use of femoral-popliteal bypass in conjunction with Revascularized osteo-trepanation and fasciotomy. In this paper, expanded snapshot of the outflow tracts and their influence on the outcome of obliterating atherosclerosis of lower limb arteries. The efficacy of the combination of femoral-popliteal bypass hamstring autovenous, Revascularized osteo-trepanation and fasciotomy and their impact on the ability of perceiving the peripheral channel.
