The aim of the thesis is to improve cargo transportation services, by improving the management of transport cargo complexes, which are located at transport hubs. The object of research is the process fukntsionirovaniya stations freight cargo transport unit in the complex. The subject of the study are technology and management model transport cargo transport unit in the complex. Dissertation is devoted to the problem of increasing the efficiency of freight transport systems by defining the optimal parameters of their technical equipment and rational distribution of work load between stations that are part of the cargo complex. The work developed a simulation model for determining the demand for transport products. A model of strategic management of transportation logistics complex, which allows to take into account the probabilistic nature of the demand for the services of TСC, as well as the random nature of the duration of client service processes at the stations of the complex. Developed a scientific approach to the management of tactical work TСC, which allows you to make rational decisions regarding the development and flow of daily work plans freight stations TСC, and to determine the optimal distribution of the load between them.
