The thesis is devoted to the development of organizational and technological models designed to predict the level of quality of the BIS, with the possibility of taking into account external and internal factors of production, and all the technological features of the studied construction projects. Developed techniques, system models and software together form a new formal tool control construction quality. This allows you to respond to customer demands construction project and make the necessary adjustments in the implementation of BIS, in order to meet planned quality standards.
