The development of economy of Ukraine in the period of industrial transformation (second half of the XIX - first half of the XX cent.); identify the impact of international economic cooperation in the industrial transformation in the domestic economy in the second half of the nineteenth - first half of thr twentieth century; methodological basis are evolutionary economics, institutional and diffusional approaches; such general scientific methods, as analysis,synthesis, generalization, systematization and such special scientific methods, as historical genetic and historical comparative; practical importance: possibility use in elaborating a strategy of modernization of the national economy; scientific novity consists of researching evolution of the forms of international economic cooperation, determination their influence on the industrial transformation in Ukraine (second half of the XIX - first half of the XX cent.); implemented; in the reveiling the mechanisms of international economic cooperation between firms, governmental programs, in the learning process.
