Essay

The thesis presents a modern investigation of the problem of interaction between concrete mix and working platform electromagnetic shock - vibration setting under conditions of vibro-compacting. The laboratory test equipment which includes vibroimpact set and PC - based data acquisition system was created. For the realization of laboratory researches a dynamic loop of hysteresis was applied for the height of the mixture to 1 m. The strain spectral analysis of concrete mix was carried out and it change regularity in the process of compacting was obtained. Applying the discrete and continuum models of the concrete mix the behavior of the system was researched. Mathematical modeling to deal with MathCAD soft supported. Modeling control parameters - suspended impactor springiness and electromagnets switching power time delay the steady poliharmonic movement of the work platform was obtained. The numeral method with their application to calculation and analysis main parameters of "environment-machine" system in conditions of interaction was created. Furthermore, the new design of two-mass electromagnetic shock-vibration machine with magnetically suspended construction of impactor was proposed. Improved technique for engineering calculation for vibration platform capacity up to 500 kg was given.
