Moroz A. Institutional and Social and Technological Aspects of Gender Relations in Internal Affairs Agencies of Ukraine

The thesis is devoted to the research of gender relations in internal affairs agencies of Ukraine as a new social reality. This reality is formed on the intersection of social institute of internal affairs agencies and gender institutions of Ukrainian society and contains in itself mainly the signs of patriarchal ideology of both institutions. Internal mechanisms of gender inequality in relations between males and females in police agencies, reasons, peculiarities and dynamics of gender conflicts, status of male and female officers at internal affairs agencies and its effects within the limits of gender relations when there is an absence of their stable formation are comprehended.
