The thesis is dedicated to the problem vital comfort of Ukraine's population under urbanization. Vital comfort regarded as stable, long-term emotional state that result from repeatedly tested feeling comfort in various spheres of life. In Western countries, a trend growth rates of vital comfort with a decrease in the size of the settlement, and in post-socialist countries, growth rates vital comfort with an increase in the size of the settlement.
