Object of investigation - hypertensive disease on the background of overweight and obesity. The aim is to investigate the peculiarities of course of hypertensive disease on the background of obesity and concomitant gallbladder pathology basing on clinic-laboratory and instrumental methods of investigation and propose the possibilities of the comorbidity correction. It was established that in patients with hypertensive disease and obesity worsening of arterial pressure control and increase of obesity degree associate with liver hepatosis progress, dyastolic dysfunction and aterogenic changes of blood lipids, concentric and eccentric hypertrophy of left ventricle. It was proved for the first time that cholecystectomy is a factor of high cardiovascular risk, because all the patients after cholecystectomy had significantly higher levels of systolic blood pressure, which was proportional to echocardiographical parameters and significantly higher frequency of eccentric hypertrophy of left ventricle, than patients with gallbladder. It was proved that in conditions of hypertonic disease with overweight and obesity gallbladder is a target organ, because in such patients cholesterosis, cholelithiasis and cholecystectomy are diagnosed significantly more often, gallbladder is hypotonic with decrease of contractive function; gallbladder size is proportional to diastolic blood pressure, left ventricle walls thickness, thickness of interventricular septum and electric systole duration. It was for the first time established that 50,7 % of patients with hypertensive disease with overweight and obesity had gallbladder cholesterosis. Leptin-resistance was diagnosed in all the patients with obesity and in the half of patients with overweight, it correlated with diastolic blood pressure. Adiponectin level correlated with lipid spectrum parametes and gallbladder wall thickness. The results were inserted in the hospital practice, scientific and teaching-methodological process. The branch of sciences is medicine.
