Kachmar O. The Formation of Human Capital for Agrarian Enterprises.

The thesis deals with the consideration of the theoretical, methodical and applied aspects of the formation of human capital for agrarian enterprises. Based on the summarized theoretical principles the concept of the term 'human capital" was examined, its content and its interdependence on other economic categories was specified. The state and the use of human capital at agrarian enterprises are examined. The economic development of the agrarian sector in its correlation with the quality of human capital was estimated. The economic and social aspects of the formation of human capital were analyzed and the factors which determine the social economic policy of the rural population in the process of its formation were specified. The economic rating of rural youth as a component of human capital for agrarian enterprises was given. The creation of cluster units which are able to provide better conditions for the innovative development and the formation of human capital was suggested. The expediency of the intensification of social innovations in the process of forming human capital for agrarian enterprises was substantiated; the principles of state youth policy for providing the new quality of this capital were formulated.
