Mashkin V. Socio-critical potential of discursive ethics in the context of transformation of normatively.

In the dissertation the author justifies the communicative model of normatively in the constructively critical analysis of the problem of ethical regulation of public relations. The model of normatively is defined and justified in this work becomes the basis for the decision of the contradictions of modern civilization trough the value-regulatory mechanisms. In particular, is determined the structure of normatively and described its basic elements. Based on the methodological basis of discursive ethics, carried out the definition and analysis of such elements of normatively as "subject", "value" and "communication". Communicative model of normatively, thanks to immanently inherent principle of intersubjectivity, contains the potential solution of the contradictions of such subsystems of modern society as the economy, policy, ecology and military sphere.
