Muzika O. Peculiarities of pregnancy course and state of fetus in women wilh viral hepatitis C.

The dissertation is devoted to actual question of nowadays obstetrics - improvement of tactics of pregnancy care provision, development of techniques of forecasting and prophylaxis of obstetric complications by studying the peculiarities of gestational period in women with viral hepatitis C. Established is the territorial unevenness of spread of hepatitis С in Ukraine, which correlates with the frequency of infection among pregnant women. Determined are age and social risk groups for hepatitis С morbidity among pregnant women and dominant ways of virus transmission in the present-day conditions. Received is new data on negative effects of hepatitis С on pregnancy. Determined arc peculiarities of mutual influence of pathological processes, induced HCV and HIV in pregnant women. Identified and formulated are major risk factors that contribute to increased risk of HCV transmission from mother to child. For the first time is elaborated the algorithm of care provision for pregnant women with hepatitis C, aimed at early diagnostics and prevention of obstetric complications with differentiated approach as for volume of provided mecdical care for pregnant women with hepatitis С depending on the severity of the pathological process.
