The thesis is a complex scientific monographic research of issue of criminal legal description of infection with HIV or any other incurable contagious disease. It is investigated a theoretical and methodological principles of criminal responsibility for infection with HIV or any other incurable contagious disease. It is determined of comparative analysis of the legislation of Ukraine and the legislation of foreign countries in part of criminal responsibility for infection with HIV or any other incurable contagious disease. The objective and subjective features of investigated crime were characterized in detail; recommendations on their improvement were formulated.
