Dranyi V. Criminal legal description of the financing of terrorism

The thesis, based on the analysis of domestic and foreign scientific, journalistic sources and current national legislation, developed problems penal provision preventing the financing of terrorism and formulated recommendations on the improvement of the current criminal legislation to prevent such crimes. Examining the preconditions criminalizing terrorist financing, found that the introduction of the legislation of criminal liability for terrorist financing under Art. 258-5 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was adequate response to the growing process of dissemination of terrorist activities.
