The dissertation work is devoted to complex investigation of questions of the issue, content, and meaning of principles and processes of responsibility in law as a special kind of authoritative influence on the subjects of law. The author explores the issues of common theoretical, methodological, and comparative meaning as for responsibility in law as an object of cognition, notion, essence, and kinds of principles of responsibility in law. The author has compared the peculiarities of principles and processes of responsibility in law from the point of view of common theoretical prospect as well as specific issues depending on the kinds of responsibility in law.
