Kapinus T. The critical prose by A. Bely of 1902-1905: aesthetics and poetics

The subject of research is literary and art criticism by A. Bely of 1902-1905. The aim is to determine poetical features of the critical prose by A. Bely of 1902-1905 according to his aesthetical views. The research methods are integral analysis, motive analysis, myth criticism, cultural-historic, the elements of intertextual, intermedial and textological analysis. The results and novelty: for the first time early critical prose by A. Bely was concerned as an integrate system, poetics of the particular genres has been analyzed, the author's position, the implied reader, principles of myth creation and the system of motives have been analyzed, the correlation of autocommunicativity and appellativity inherent in the critical texts and writer's aesthetical views has been established. The field of application: the courses of the History of Russian Literature and Criticism at the turn of the 20th century and the courses and workshops, focusing on the issues of A. Bely's creative work and the criticism of Russian Symbolism.
