Essay

The dissertation deals with improvement of methods of diagnostics, prognosis and treatment of stage II essential hypertension patients with overweigh body mass in long-term observation. The paper defines the role of biological markers, such as endothelin-1, leptin and insulin, as components of an individualized approach to assessing the risk of prognostically adverse vascular remodeling. Also determined that the type 2 diabetes significantly exceeds other factorial signs for specificity and likelihood ratio of a positive result, but inferior in sensitivity and positive predictive value of biological markers.
