Thesis deals with the performance of tough-elastic properties of blood vessels as an example of common carotid arteries and the degree of remodeling in patients with arterial hypertension with signs of congenital anomalies of the connective tissue, revealing features of target organ damage, tough-elastic properties of blood vessels in patients with arterial hypertension depending on the severity of congenital anomalies of the connective tissue, determining the frequency characteristics of congenital anomalies of the connective tissue in patients with hypertension, the characteristics of the anatomical structure of extracranial arteries, depending on the presence of congenital anomalies of connective tissue.
