The research work is devoted to increasing the efficiency of anovulatory infertility treatement by optimizing the algorithm of diagnostic, treatment and preventive measures for women with exhausted ovary syndrome in Assisted Reproductive Technology programs, using an improved program for ovulation stimulation. The information on the pathogenesis of anovulatory infertility in patients with exhausted ovary syndrome (EOS) has been extended based on the conducted comprehensive analysis of hormonal homeostasis and the ovulatory function of ovaries. It has been established that, while the EOS progresses, blood concentrations of FSH, LH and estradiol increase, while the main ovarian reserve markers, i.e., anti-M?llerian hormone and inhibin, as well as the size of both ovaries and the number of antral follicles decrease, which is the main cause for anovulatory infertility. The authors have proved the positive effect of an optimized algorithm of preparation to ovulation stimulation for women with anovulatory infertility and EOS on the active preparation and use of the suggested adjusted ART program, using a differential approach to medication correction, which has allowed a twofold increase in the efficiency of reproductive function treatment as compared to the conventional treatment methods and a reduction in the economic burden on the patients by 30.0 %. The data obtained allowed a scientific justification of the algorithm of diagnostic, treatment and preventive measures for women with anovulatory infertility and exhausted ovary syndrome, taking into account the ovarian reserve markers.
