Dissertator has investigated the conceptual approaches to understanding the category of "legal effect", its correlation with the adjacent legal categories, defined the scope and limits of the legal effect. Considerable attention was paid to the mechanism of legal exposure that represents dissertator sown vision of the essence and nature of this theoretical category, the element structure mechanism of legal effect was selected, the main guidelines are clarified within which the mechanism of legal action is realized.
