Essay

The object is the information management formation of the customer relationship. The aim is to investigate and define the theoretical principles of customer interaction and information systems functioning and to develop scientific methodological and practical recommendations for developing information customer relationship management of the machine-building enterprises. Methods of generalization and synthesis, expert assessments, correlation analysis, modeling, economic evaluation, regression modeling have been used by the author. The theoretical value is in developing a cognitive model of the formation and development of the information customer relationship management of the machine-building enterprises and also in developing theoretical principles of the information management of the customer relationship concept and methodical approach to the investigation of the information customer relationship management of the machine-building enterprises. Scientific innovation is in developing and extending theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the information customer relationship management of the machine-building enterprises with the purpose of increasing their competitiveness. The subject of the investigation are theoretical and applied principles of developing and implementing of the information system of the customer relationship management of the machine-building enterprises. The sphere of using the author's recommendations are domestic machine-building enterprises.
