Ivanov O. Methods of teaching hand-to-hand fight in the system of physical training of future officers

The thesis is devoted to the problem of training of future officers to hand-to-hand fighting. The controvesions between requirements to modern officers and theoretical and methodical courseware of combat training at the higher military educational establishments have been explained. The experience of methods of training of military men of the NATO-countries to hand-to-hand fighting has been generalized. The expediency of the application of means of combat kickboxing due to their striking features and integrated pedagogical influence on the personality of the cadets has been proved. The structure of the combat kickboxing has been described and its relation to physical training has been shown. The model of training of future officers-borderguards to hand-to-hand fighting on the basis of combat kickboxing has been developed and substantiated. The approach offered is oriented towards the scientifically based model of technique and tactical training of future officers, means of different character, ways of their implementation, forms and methods of the educational process, the criteria for evaluating of the effectiveness of pedagogical activities. The introduction of the author's method if the priority of sequence of training to technique and accuracy, complex and coordinating motor actions followed by the application of pedagogical influences of speed and speed and strength character improves the state of physical, technique and tactical training of future officers.
