Horban V. Evaluation and utilizing motivational potential of enterprise

The object of research is the process of evaluation and utilizing of motivational potential of an enterprise. The aim of the work lies in developing the theoretical and methodological guidelines and methodological framework for evaluating and utilizing motivational potential of an enterprise. The author applied the general scientific and specialized research methods. The theoretical value of the thesis lies in disclosing and clarifying the essence of the concepts of "motivational potential of enterprise", "motivational factor", "efficient system of employee motivation", systematizing motivational factors of employees work, developing the structural decomposition of the motivational potential of enterprise. Scientific novelty lies in providing a method of assessing motivational potential of enterprise on the basis of improved system of indexes of exploiting motivational potential of enterprise in terms of its components, improved process of monitoring motivational mechanism of enterprise and developed models describing the relationship of motivational potential of enterprise and sales revenue. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and methodological principles and methodology for evaluating and utilizing motivational potential of enterprise. Author's recommendations are used to provide comprehensive assessment and use of motivational potential of enterprise. The scope of using authors recommendations are domestic enterprises of all forms of ownership and economic activity.
