Dolgopolova L. The conclusion of agreements at bidding.

The thesis is devoted to the complex investigation of the auctions in the Civil Law. The author provides civil research of the legal nature of auctions and studies out their characteristics analyzing theoretical works and provisions of current legislation. The classification of auctions is stated. The stages of bidding organization and conduct are explored. The problem aspects of bidders' rights protection and also responsibility for violation of such rights are examined. The particularity of separate methods of bidders' rights protection is analyzed. The author makes proposals about improvement of relevant provisions of civil legislation in force with regard to bidding organization and holding.
